Customer, matter, and transaction folders offer the Favorites view option. It lists the customers or matters whose information you have recently handled or manually added as favorites. If you do a certain type of work, you can easily find the transactions you have marked as favorites and use them for creating new entries.
You can mark an individual customer, matter, or transaction as a favorite from the ribbon button or the right-click menu.
The software also automatically adds all recently handled customers and matters to favorites. You can remove records from your favorite lists at any time by selecting Favorite > Remove from Favorites button.
The power user has likely made a company-specific setting in the system or business unit level parameters regarding after how many passive days the favorites are removed from the list. You can make your own setting for the expiration of favorites by clicking open your user information from the bottom right corner of the main window, selecting the button, and setting the expiration time for favorites in the User Interface Options section.
