Our new support site replaces the former CSI extranet and provides better support for your use of CSI software. You can change the language of the support site from the top right corner of the page.
The site includes the following key sections:
Instructions
The core of the support site consists of instructions.
- Our traditional PDF instruction documents have been divided into instruction articles on the site, making it easy to find the information you need using the search function.
- The articles are organized by topic area, allowing you to explore matters related to a specific function in greater depth.
- Links have been added to the articles to help you easily navigate to other articles that provide additional information.
News
In the News section, we publish information such as:
- new software versions
- cloud service maintenance breaks
- possible service disruptions in our services, or
- exceptional service hours of the CSI support.
You can access older publications via the News button in the top navigation menu.
Top Navigation = Remote Support and Submitting Support Requests
The top navigation menu includes functions familiar from the CSI extranet:
- downloading remote support
- submitting a support request to help@csihelsinki.fi
- viewing previously published news items and software release notes
Using the top navigation buttons, you can also return to the instruction articles if you have navigated from the homepage to other pages on the support site, as well as access the “Using CSI Support” section, which is available in the footer menu.
Footer Menu = Additional Support Information, FAQ Section, and Value‑Added Services
The Using CSI Support section explains:
- how to get help from us for issues related to software usage
- what information we would like to receive about an issue in order to resolve it as quickly as possible
- how the investigation of your issue progresses from our side, and
- which of our support services are included in the usage fee and which are billed separately
In the Frequently Asked Questions section, we have compiled information about:
- software usage fees, including the difference between active and passive users
- updates to new software versions
- the information security of our software, and
- our product development roadmap.
In the Value‑Added Services section, you will find a list of ready‑made integrations that allow you to connect other systems and services to the CSI software.
Service Status
Status icons for our cloud services have been added below the search field: both for the cloud service located in Finland and for Microsoft Azure cloud services located in Sweden.
If the icon is green, the service is operating normally. A red icon indicates that we are already aware of the service disruption and investigating the issue.
