If you have the role of power user or have been granted extended user rights, you can edit the information of multiple customers at once - for example, the Customer Responsible field. The Edit Multiple function is not found in the ribbon but only in the menu that opens with a right-click.
To edit customers:
- First, select the customers to be edited from the customer list, either one by one while holding the Ctrl key, or as a continuous range while holding the Shift key.
- Then right-click and select Edit Multiple.
In the Edit Multiple window, fill in the information you want to update for all selected customers:
- For corporate customers: customer type, customer responsible, home country, industry code, and language.
- For private customers: customer type, customer responsible, home country, language, and job title.
After completing the action, a summary window will show whether the edit was successful, and you can double-click any row to open its details.
