The Customer and Conflict Search field in the top bar of the window is primarily intended for quickly checking customer conflicts. It is also excellent for quick customer searches, as the software retrieves information from both corporate and individual customer folders using the given search criteria, covering both active and inactive customers.
The field is visible to all user groups with navigation rights to check conflicts.
When you enter a search term (the customer's current or previous name or business ID/personal ID) into the field and press Enter, the software opens the Conflict Search view, listing all customers found with the search criteria.
For each customer, it shows whether the customer has acted as a party, opponent, or in some other role in matters stored in the software, whether the customer has matter requests or sales opportunities, and whether the customer is possibly blacklisted. If the customer has been a principal in matters, the date of the latest transaction or expense entry is also shown.
