You can set reminders for yourself or another user related to customers, matters, transactions, invoices, etc. You add a reminder using the ribbon button by specifying the necessary details: when the reminder is activated, to whom it is sent, and the subject.
If a customer wants a monthly summary of the matter status, you can set the reminder to be recurring by checking the "Recurring Reminder" box and specifying the interval in days.
The software checks reminders every 15 minutes, and the user receives a notification on their screen when a reminder is activated.
If the CSI software is not actively in use at the time of the reminder, the CSI icon in the bottom bar of the computer will flash and indicate the reminder with a red dot.
The reminder can be opened for review, postponed, or dismissed with the "Dismiss" button if the matter is already resolved. The reminder will reappear on the user's screen until it is dismissed, so it is advisable to set the reminder time to be relevant for the recipient. The number of activated reminders is also visible in the lower left corner of the software.
