The frequency at which the software checks for due reminders is defined by the power user in the software settings, either at the system level or at the business unit level parameters. The reminder check interval can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 1 day, or 1 week.
However, each user can define a different check interval in their own user‑level parameters.
You can do this by selecting your own name in the lower‑right corner of the software and then choosing the Parameters button marked with a gear icon in the window that opens.
The software will open directly to the Defaults parameter folder, where you can define your user‑specific reminder check interval.
