You can send support requests to CSI Support directly from the site by selecting Send a Support Request from the top menu.
If you are registered and logged in to the support site, the support request form will not ask for your email address.
When you begin typing the subject of your request in the Subject field, the form will display a list of articles related to your topic. This allows you to check whether any of the articles might already answer your question.
In addition to the subject, the form includes a Description field for describing your support request. We kindly ask you to provide as precise a description as possible of the assistance you need. Here you can find instructions on what information helps us process your request faster. You may also add attachments to your support request if you wish.
After selecting the Submit button, you will receive a confirmation that your support request has been submitted to CSI Support for processing.
You will receive the response to your support request by email, but you can also track and update the request on the support site under the Requests section found in your profile.
