Most of the support site’s help materials can be viewed without being registered and logged in to the site.
However, we recommend registering on the support site especially if you are the power user of the software and send support requests to CSI Support.
By registering, you benefit in the following ways:
- You can follow the support site articles you’re interested in and receive email notifications when they are updated.
- You can send us a support request directly from the support site’s top menu using the support request form, which will automatically recognize you as the sender.

You can centrally track and manage all your support requests on the site, so they won’t get lost in your email. You can find your support requests under your profile at the top of the site by selecting Requests from the menu. The site lists all your open, solved, and pending (Awaiting your reply) support requests and also allows you to reply to them.
As a registered user, you can also leave comments directly on our support site articles if you want clarifications. Your comments are visible to all support site users and are saved under your profile in the Activities section.
