If you are a registered user of the support site, you can view and update your support requests centrally on the site.
Under your user profile, you will find a list of all support requests that have been sent to CSI Support (help@csihelsinki.fi) from the email address you used when registering and logging in. The list is located in the Requests section.
Viewing your support requests
- Make sure you are logged in to the support site.
- Then select your user profile (your name) in the top right corner and choose Requests from the menu that opens.
- On the page that opens, you will see all open and resolved support requests, as well as any requests that may be waiting for your response.
Updating your support requests
To update a support request on the support site:
- Click on the title of the individual support request in the Subject column.
- The support request will open, allowing you to view its details.
- Select Add to conversation if you want to send a new reply to the support request.
- A field will open where you can write your comment. You can also add attachments.
- After adding your comment, select the Submit button to send your new response to CSI Support.
