As a registered user, you can subscribe to receive email notifications about changes published to articles on our support site that interest you.
We recommend that all our administrators follow the news and release notes found in the News section. This ensures that you receive our updates about, for example, new software versions, exceptional support opening hours, and any service disruptions.
To enable article tracking, you must be registered and logged in to our support site.
You can follow an individual article by opening the article you want and selecting the Follow button. The same applies to the sections (e.g. the News > New Software Versions) which you can follow to get information on new software versions we publish.
You can also cancel article tracking using the same button.
