Our team is continuously developing new products and features. The goal is to gradually bring CSI software functionality to a modern browser-based environment. In the first phase, the web application will provide the same functionality as the mobile app. It will then be expanded to cover financial management, invoicing, and ultimately the full range of CSI software capabilities. At the same time, CSI MyTracker will introduce new AI-powered features designed to simplify daily work and automate routine tasks.
The roadmap below shows what our product development is currently working on. Changes to the plans are possible, and we will update the roadmap accordingly.
New Products Published
- Autumn 2025: CSI API, which is used by all new CSI products and will also allow customers to build their own integrations with the CSI software, and the new CSI MyMobile, which enables users to record their own tasks and transactions, manage critical tasks, view customers and matters, create matter requests, perform conflict searches and checks, view billable matters, and create and review preliminary invoices.
- May 2026: CSI MyOutlook, which brings all the new mobile functionalities into Outlook, including the ability to record transactions directly from emails and linked with matters.
- June 2026: The renewed CSI MyDesk desktop application, which can be used either with the current limited functionality for simple transaction recording or with an extended feature set that brings the new mobile functionalities into MyDesk.
Goal for H2/2026
- The Simplified Web application providing the same core functionality currently available in CSI Mobile, CSI MyOutlook, and CSI MyDesk, and working seamlessly with the CSI software. Invoicing, other financial management functions, and software settings still remain in the main CSI software.
- The first version of the AI-assisted CSI MyTracker application, monitoring a user's workstation activity and suggesting suitable matter and transaction descriptions for entries.
Next Steps
- CSI MyTracker continues to evolve with expanded AI-driven capabilities.
- The development of the browser application and the gradual transfer of financial management features to browser will progress step by step.
- While Simplified Web includes a streamlined set of fields for customers, matters, transactions, and other key entities, Full Web will provide access to all related fields. It will also enable the approval of preliminary invoices directly in the browser, after which the invoicing team can complete the remaining invoicing process in the CSI software.
- Following the release of Full Web, we will continue developing the Standalone Web application in four phases. The goal is to deliver the full CSI Lawyer functionality, including invoicing and settings management, during H2 2028. Support for customer-specific customizations will be added during H1 2029.
The new CSI MyMobile, CSI MyOutlook and CSI MyDesk applications are free of charge for CSI customers, but their deployment requires the customer's organization to be activated in the CSI API portal. If you are interested in deploying them, please contact our support service at help@csihelsinki.fi.
