The CSI software offers ready‑made integrations with the bookkeeping systems commonly used in the industry: Fennoa, Netvisor, and Procountor. The bidirectional integrations allow the transfer of invoice data from CSI to the bookkeeping system, as well as the import of payments and expenses from the bookkeeping into the CSI software.
The integration transfers the following to the bookkeeping system:
- Invoices and credit invoices created in the CSI software
- Matter information for potential expense entries
- Cost center dimensions for reporting purposes, if needed
From the bookkeeping system to CSI, the integration transfers:
- Payments allocated to invoices
- Expenses (purchase invoices) linked to CSI matters
We primarily recommend bookkeeping integrations to customers who produce a high volume of invoices or who record a significant number of purchase invoices in their bookkeeping system and need those costs to flow into the CSI software as billable expenses to end clients. If the number of invoices is small, it is more cost‑effective to export invoice data from CSI into bookkeeping manually.
You can obtain more information about the integrations and their implementation from CSI Support.
