We have today released a renewed CSI MyDesk application, which provides key CSI functionalities as a desktop-installed quick entry application. The application enables the user, without opening the CSI software, to:
- Add and manage their own transactions, tasks, critical tasks, and work time entries
- Perform conflict searches and conflict checks
- View customer and matter information and create new matter requests
- View their own billable matters and create preliminary invoices for them
- Review their own entries on preliminary invoices
Other CSI functions—such as creating customers and matters, invoicing, managing payments, and managing software settings - must still be handled in the CSI software itself.
