We have released today a new version of the CSI Mobile app. The release fixes issues reported by users and introduces the following new features:
General
- In the Notifications view, notifications are now divided into Unread and All tabs. All unread notifications can be marked as read at once using the “Mark all as read” function.
- Additional information has been added to lists and views:
- Opening date to the matter list
- Opening date and Latest entry date to the individual matter view
- Parent company field to the corporate customer view, and
- Company field to the private individual view.
- The app displays a warning about unsaved changes when the user exits any “Create new” view (critical tasks, tasks, work time entries, transactions) using the Back button.
- The user receives a warning message when opening the mobile app in a time zone that differs from the desktop application profile.
- In note icons, normal notes are shown in yellow, important notes in red, and important related notes in blue.
Matter Request
- A new matter request can also be added directly from the matter request list, and a new corporate or private customer can be created at the same time.
Task
- Task duration is now entered manually. In addition, the mobile app includes a special activity type: when work time entries linked to this task are recorded, a billable transaction is created when the task is marked as completed.
Work Time Entries
- A work time entry can be used as a template for creating a new entry.
- In the Task dropdown field of a work time entry, only open tasks related to the matter are shown by default. By clearing the filter, all tasks are displayed.
- When a transaction is created from a work time entry, the app applies the default transaction types and language defined for the matter and the user.
- When deleting work time entries linked to transactions, the app ensures that transactions are not deleted unintentionally.
A comprehensive list of changes can be found in the mobile app by selecting More > Profile > About > Release notes from the bottom menu.
