The Matter requests tab displays all matter requests which have the status “Open” and to which you have the necessary access rights. You can search for specific matter requests based on their subject or the principal’s name.
For each matter request, the app displays its creation date, principal, subject, and the user responsible for the matter request.
By selecting a matter request from the list, you can view its additional details.
The screen of an individual matter request contains its owner, type, language, and currency.
If a conflict check has been performed for the request, the “Conflict check done” field is displayed with the conflict check date.
The screen allows you to view further details of the matter principal as well as the matter request related parties, identifications, and notes.
You can add a new matter request by selecting the button on the Matter requests list. As the principal of the matter request you can either select an existing customer or create a new customer.
If you select the “New” option, the application opens a form for creating a new customer where you can enter the customer type, name and home country.
When you have entered the required data and selected the Continue button, this new customer is assigned as the matter request principal, and you can complete rest of the data to save a new matter request.
