If your user type is "restricted user", the critical task calendar reservations will also be visible to you in a limited way. Critical task entries in the calendar appear in grey instead of red if you do not have the necessary rights for the critical task. You will only see the start and end times of the critical task and the name of the responsible person, and you cannot click on the critical task to open it or mark it as completed.
As a restricted user, the following critical tasks appear in grey:
- All critical tasks for which you are not marked as the responsible person
- Critical tasks where you are the primary or other responsible person but which are linked to a matter for which you do not have rights
- All critical tasks which are linked to other information, such as customer plans, customers, prospects, matter requests, or sales opportunities, even if you are the primary or other responsible person for the critical task.
If, as a restricted user, you see red critical tasks in the critical task calendar, you can also view them in the Activities folder in the Workspace area. Critical tasks linked to a customer appear in the customer's Activities folder, and those linked to a matter appear in the matter's Activities folder. If your view filter in these folders is 'My', only the critical tasks where you are the primary responsible person will be listed.
