With CSI Mobile, you can also register work time. To do it, either select Quick Action > New work time or More > Work time.
The Quick Action button opens the Work time screen where you can add the required details and save your work time entry.
The More > Work time path opens for you a Work Time Calendar with daily and weekly views.
The weekly calendar provides an overview of work times for the entire week.
In the daily calendar, if its duration of an entry is less than an hour, the work time card displays only the subject of the work time. For work times exceeding an hour, the card also includes associated matters. You can select a specific day from the calendar to view its work time entries.
In the calendars, a dot indicates that there are work times registered for that date.
In both views, you can add a new work time entry by clicking “+”, entering the required details and saving the entry.
You can open a work time entry in a single view to see its details and edit, share or delete it. You can also select to use the work time entry as a template for a new entry, or create a transaction from it.
If you attempt to delete a work time entry that is linked to an uninvoiced transaction, a confirmation dialog is shown where you can:
- delete both the work time entry and the related transaction,
- delete only the work time entry, or
- cancel the function.
If the transaction linked to the work time entry has already been invoiced, you can choose to delete the work time entry and its link to the transaction.
