The CSI MyOutlook application can be used in Web Outlook, Office365 New Outlook, and Office365 Classic Outlook.

The CSI MyOutlook offers an integration between CSI Lawyer and Outlook. It adds to the Outlook ribbon a “CSI MyOutlook” button which opens a separate application window for using CSI software’s main functionality in Outlook without opening the software.

You can:

• Create transactions, tasks, and critical tasks, also directly from emails and calendar events, as well as record work time
• Manage your own transactions, tasks, critical tasks, and work time entries
• View customers, matters, and matter requests
• Perform conflict searches and conflict checks
• Create matter requests
• View your billable matters, create preliminary invoices from them and review transactions on preliminary invoices.

Other CSI functions, e.g. creating customers and matters, invoicing, managing payments, and defining software settings are to be performed in the CSI software.

The information added, edited, or deleted in CSI MyOutlook is synchronized to the CSI software and vice versa.  If CSI software parameters are modified, they become immediately valid in CSI MyOutlook as well.
