Once the CSI MyOutlook application has been installed, you can open it as follows:

• If you have the Classic ribbon in use, select the CSI MyOutlook app icon from the toolbar.
• If you have the Simplified ribbon in use, click on the three dots on the toolbar, then scroll down the list to CSI MyOutlook and click it to open the app.

Once the application is opened, you can keep it open by clicking on the pin icon displayed on its right side. To unpin the app, click on the pin again. By selecting the X button, the app will be hidden.
