The Customers section, available behind the button, enables you to view the customer data but not to edit it or add new customers.
The search finds customers based on the customer’s name and business/personal ID. Using the filters, you can restrict the search only to companies or private persons and filter out your favorites or all customers. The filters remain valid when you click one of the customers to view its details and then return to the list of customers.
In the list you’ll see the customer details: customer’s type (company/private person), name and home country, possible favorite status (colored star), and phone number. The note icons indicate if the customer has notes (yellow) or important notes (red) that you should be aware of.
If the customer ‘s name is long and thus truncated, a tooltip shows the entire name when you hoover over the truncated text.
By clicking any of the customers on the list you can see their details.
The additional details contain the customer’s email address, parent company, business ID and VAT number, address, and person responsible for the customer.
For private persons, the view displays a Company field, even when the person is not linked to any company.
By clicking the email address, the app opens your email application and prefills the customer’s email address as the recipient.
By clicking the Matters, Matter requests, Conflict checks or Notes tab you’ll have access to additional customer-related information.
