When a new CSI user joins the company or someone gets a new computer, as an administrator, you can easily provide them with the connection key and password to set up the database connection.

1.  In CSI software, go to Settings > Users.
    
2. Click "Generate Connection Key".
   
   
    
3. From the Send Connection Key window you can send the connection keu and its password. For security reason they are sent in separate e-mails
   
   
    
4. Instruct the user to attach the connection key and its password from the e-mails to the CSI software's database connection window.
